What Does It Mean to Be a Partner?
Here’s a word worth knowing: koinonia. It’s a Greek word, and it’s often translated as fellowship, but it means so much more than that. It speaks of a deep shared belonging that only God can create and sustain. It’s being caught up in something bigger than yourself, something you could never build alone.
That’s what being a TIJ Partner is all about.
Through their prayers, encouragement, and faithful giving, our Partners make it possible for The Incredible Journey to:
- Broadcast weekly across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States, and streaming globally on YouTube and beyond.
- Produce documentaries that bring together archaeology, history, natural science, and the timeless stories of Jesus and Scripture.
- Publish booklets, books, and Bible studies that share the Gospel and answer life’s deepest questions.
- Run evangelistic events that connect real people with Jesus Christ.
- Provide free resources so viewers can keep exploring their faith long after the program ends.
Simply put: Partners are the heartbeat of this ministry. Without them, none of it happens.
Lives Are Being Changed
Rachel had been tuning in to The Incredible Journey every week, quietly working through our Bible study materials. She wasn’t even finished, but she’d already made the biggest decision of her life. She was baptised into her local church in Tasmania.
Her faith was beautifully confirmed during a recent trip to Melbourne, where her husband faced major surgery. On arrival, a member from a local Melbourne church, a complete stranger to them both, met them at the airport, drove her husband to the hospital, and took Rachel to her apartment, all quietly arranged by the minister’s wife.
“I realised this is one of the blessings of belonging to God’s family,” Rachel said. Praise the Lord!

How to Become a Partner
Partnership starts with a commitment of $170 per month (or $2,000 per year), about $6 per day. That’s less than a hot cuppa, invested in something that lasts forever.
This steady, faithful support is what lets us plan ahead, seize new opportunities, and keep reaching the millions of people across Australia and around the world who are longing for the hope found only in Jesus Christ.

The Partnership Weekend
Once a year, on the last full weekend of May, TIJ Partners come together on the Gold Coast, Queensland, for something special: our annual Partnership Weekend. It’s one of the true highlights of our year – and we’d love for you to be there.
Over the course of the weekend, you’ll enjoy:
- Delicious, catered vegetarian meals shared in warm, relaxed company.
- Comfortable resort accommodation.
- Inspiring preaching and music that lifts the soul.
- Real stories of what God has done through The Incredible Journey over the past year.
